The Vetrazzo Training Center is your one-stop educational resource to learn about Vetrazzo Recycled Glass Surfacing. Here you will learn the answers to questions such as:

  • What is the glass transformation story of each Vetrazzo mix?
  • What kind of glass is in each Vetrazzo mix?
  • What makes Vetrazzo different from other products and why should I (or my customers) care?

Why will I want to use the Training Center?
The Training Center was designed specifically to educate sales and design professionals to effectively serve their clients and ensure their satisfaction by providing detailed information about Vetrazzo. Among the benefits to you of using the Training Center are:
  1. 1,000 prospects a day visit Vetrazzo.com. Many of them walk into your showroom door. The Training Center will equip you to better serve them and close more sales.
  2. We all naturally gravitate to selling the products we are most familiar with and for which we can easily answer the prospective customer's questions. The Training Center will provide you with those answers.
  3. You will learn how selling Vetrazzo can earn you and your showroom over twice the profit than traditional materials provide.
  4. Vetrazzo is often a primary design element around which other materials are selected. You will be prepared to confidently answer customer questions, set expectations for applications, care and maintenance just as you would for cabinetry, lighting, flooring and furniture.
  5. By completing the Training Center, you will be made an official "Vetrazzo Champion". Vetrazzo Champions will be listed on the Dealer Locator results of Vetrazzo.com. Those 1,000 prospects a day visiting Vetrazzo.com will be asking for Vetrazzo Champions by name when they visit a Dealer. Take a look at the new format of the Dealer Locator below.

How long will it take to complete the training?
We recognize you're busy so the training is split into a series of courses ranging in length from 5 to 15 minutes. You may complete the courses at your own pace.
How do I get started?
  1. Request access by emailing training@vetrazzo.com
  2. Already have a username and password? Logon here.
  3. You will be sent an email with your username and password within one business day. Save the email so you can retrieve your password easily.
  4. Follow the link in the email to the Training Center.
  5. Set aside a few 10 minute blocks of time and start learning more about Vetrazzo Recycled Glass Surfacing.
  6. Remember, the Dealer Support Site and Training Center are different systems which require separate passwords. (Darn those technology limitations!) If you misplaced the email with your password, you can always search your email on the subject line for either "Vetrazzo Training Center" or "Vetrazzo Dealer Support"
